We produce a wide range of electronic components for the automotive industry, such as:
- acceleration pedals,
- sensors (fluid temperature, level and pressure etc.),
- LED technology modules,
- electronic actuators
- circuit boards.
We have around 500 employees. We are active in Romania since 2012. RequirementsBachelor degree;
Advanced English,
Advanced MS-Office;
Experience of at least 3 years in the automotive field or in similar fields;
Technical knowledge 3 years in the automotive field or in similar fields is a plus;
Experience in negotiating contracts for direct materials, investments, equipment or technical solutions -good synchronization with external suppliers in order to comply with the agreed terms;
Experience in cost analysis / offers from suppliers;
Advanced presentation skills;
Ability to manage change of priorities for several projects at the same time;
SAP knowledge is a plus;
ResponsibilitiesRFQ and benchmark management (sourcing committee, supplier awarding, price negotiations, contract management)
Supplier selection, supplier management, supplier development, business reviews
Proactively identifies and solves issues related to suppliers and allocated materials - escalation point for operational functions
Continuous engagement with market in order to assure the supply chain continuity in case of allocation, strategic shortages
Commodity lead buyer (only for the awarded categories) responsible for divisional procurement processes across 3 to 4 locations
Data accuracy in internal system: SAP/ databases
Proactively identifies continuous improvement opportunities within the procurement process
KPIs implementation and monitoring: PPV, supplier spend, price increases, cost savings, cost reduction plan
