In a role that combines strategic oversight with hands-on management, you'll be at the forefront of optimizing our IT investments and unlocking their full potential.*This is a limited contract, for 24 months.What You Will Be Doing:

Be responsible for the daily and long-term strategic management of software and technology-related hardware within the company, including the procurement, tracking, maintenance, and disposal of software licenses and/or hardware assets to ensure compliance with vendor contracts.
Develop and implement procedures for tracking company assets to oversee quality control throughout their lifecycle.

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in IT asset management, technical support or finance, preferably with a background in managing IT assets across multiple regions.
Basic understanding of IT hardware and software, licensing, and industry trends on a global scale.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and basic experience with Service Now, Coupa or Tableau.
Exceptional negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills, as well as attention to detail are a must.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a globally distributed team.
Advanced level of English, both spoken and written.

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

French or German skills.
Experience in customer service.
Strategic thinking.
Experience in working with numbers, spreadsheets, auditing or reporting.
Experience in working with the Agile principles and Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets to make informed decisions. Experience with IT asset management software, databases, and visualization tools to effectively track and report on assets.
Ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, understanding and respecting differences in beliefs, values, and practices.
Additional certifications related to IT asset management, such as Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), or CompTIA IT Fundamentals, are highly regarded but not mandatory.
