Job DescriptionPart of Stefanini's Modern Enterprise Services division, the Digital Workplace Platform (DWP) team continues to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft 365 Technical Architect to join our Professional Services team. As a Microsoft 365 Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft 365 solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide technical expertise to ensure successful deployment and adoption of Microsoft 365 technologies.We are looking for a profile with a solid Microsoft 365 technical background combined with strong customer leadership skills. This role will require significant customer interaction and will drive architecture planning. The candidate must have broad, multi-discipline, Enterprise IT experience and must deliver customer-centric solutions that improve the user experience.Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their technical and business needs and design Microsoft 365 solutions that align with their goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement technical architectures for Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and other connected technologies (i.e., AD, AADConnect, ADFS, Azure AD, Identity Provider Solutions like i.e., Okta, Azure and other Automation Solutions, Exchange Server, mail relay and hygiene technologies and/or Migration Tools, etc.).
  • Provide guidance and support to clients during the implementation and migration process, ensuring smooth and successful deployment of Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Conduct technical assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and optimization within existing Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft 365 technologies, features, and best practices, and provide recommendations to clients for leveraging these advancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of Microsoft 365 solutions with existing systems and processes.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients in order to promote adoption and maximize the benefits of Microsoft 365 technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft 365, including performance, connectivity, and security concerns.
  • Maintain documentation of technical architectures, configurations, and procedures related to Microsoft 365 solutions.
Job RequirementsRequirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Technical Architect or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and related services.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and experience with cloud-based solutions.
  • Proficient in designing and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions, including migration and integration with existing systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Industry recognized technical certification(s) are highly desirable (i.e. Microsoft Certifications).
  • Microsoft certifications, such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate, are highly desirable.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation is a plus.
  • Analytical thinking skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Act as technical evangelist in the organization by keeping abreast of latest technology products and trends. Promote existing and new capabilities and offerings to internal groups, partners, and clients.
  • English proficiency both written and verbal.
  • Experience in a customer-facing technology consultancy role.
  • A customer-oriented attitude and strong communication & presentation skills are a requirement.
  • Exhibit good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate confidently & concisely with audiences at all levels, manage expectations and explain technical details.
  • Ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Good understanding and working experience with ITSM Tools and ITIL Methodology.
  • Experience working in a multi-national organization and having good cultural sensitivity awareness
