- Tolerance management in the development of electric drives in an international team.
- You accompany the development of powertrain systems, by analyzing the theoretical manufacturing tolerances and ensure the product functionality.
- You develop dimensioning and tolerance systems in relation to interface requirements and assembly concepts.
- Drawing analysis and optimization.
- Carrying out and evaluate software-supported 3D and 1D tolerance simulations, e.g. in 3DCS, EZtol, Excel.
- Advice and support for designers during development of parts and products from concept to series production. Presentation of the work results and explanation of the interpretation to customers.
- An engineering degree in mechanical - automotive engineering or equivalent is required.
- Analytical and conceptual thinking, goal oriented.
- Expert knowledge in actual ISO GPS Standard and experiences in CATIA V5, 3DCS software is a plus.
- Teamwork and communication skills as well as confident interaction with external and internal representatives.
- High motivation and willingness to perform.
- Independent, self-responsible working style and a high level of proactivity.
- Good command of written and spoken English, German is a plus.
