Your work-life opportunity:

We are looking for someone to take responsibility for structuring Glovo's corporate communications and PR strategy in Romania (first) and the rest of South-East Europe (soon after). The successful candidate will join our Public Affairs team to initially lead and execute our corporate comms strategy in Romania, and then be instrumental in defining it and see it implemented in other countries in the region with the support of local teams; we are currently also operating in Moldova, Serbia and Croatia and expanding fast. Be a part of a team where you will:

Take part in the strategic design of Glovo's PR/Corporate Communications at the global and regional level and lead the implementation in Ukraine and Eastern Europe.

Manage proactive and reactive media events - PR, media opportunities, speaking ops, crisis management.

Ensure coherence of messages and actions in all Glovo media relations and create and maintain a fluent relationship with journalists interested in Glovo and the tech sector.

Coordinate with other teams (Policy, Social Impact, Marketing, Legal, Ops, etc.) to reinforce regulatory and public opinion strategy. Work across Glovo with different teams to identify the Comms relevance of their strategies, actions and needs.

Ensure Glovo's communications are aligned with the company's purpose, vision and mission.

Comms crisis management when/if needed.

You have:

At least 3+ years experience working in public relations, corporate communications, strategic media relations or issues management.

Experience in issues management and crisis management. Comfortable defining and working with key PR metrics.

Experience defining a company's narrative and ability to develop media strategies to maximise impact and coverage across multiple channels.

Strategic experience of company relations beyond pure media and PR channels.

Ability to understand the business and its challenges and to adapt to a changing and dynamic environment.

Understanding of the social, economic and political context and who is who in the areas affecting the public agenda of Glovo.

Fluency in English. Basic knowledge of Spanish is a plus.

Social and interpersonal communications skills. Team Player.
