Job Description

Reporting to the Smart Power Team Leader, you will be part of the APID team. As a Principal Applications Engineer, you will design, test and debug in the laboratory analog and mixed signal circuits, linear and switching regulators.

More details on the expectations and responsibilities in this position:

Design and simulate schematics and PCB layouts using CAD tools, execute the prototypes and test them
Create technical documentation, test reports
Learn and write microcontroller code if necessary

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

10 years or more experience in Analog / Power Electronics Engineering

Competencies

Deep knowledge of analog circuits applications and DC/DC converters
Deep knowledge of SMD electronic components and laboratory instrumentation
Experience with CAD tool for design and simulating schematics and PCB layouts (Altium, Eagle, Target, OrCAD, SIMetrix/SIMPLIS, SPICE)
Good knowledge of English and good communications skills
Ability to learn and ability to work in a team
C programming for MCU experience is a plus
