Product Manager Universal Lighting Independent Aftermarket

• Management of a product portfolio (competition, trends, business opportunities etc.) belonging to the product range Universal Lighting with focus on the automotive off-road market;
• Market and competitor data research to map the requirements for the portfolio at end-user, distribution level and sales companies;
• Development of product specifications that are fulfilling the needs and limitations of global markets and customers while ensuring adherence to product specifications and quality within the clear deadlines of project schedules.;
• Offering active support via product trainings for local sales companies to promote product portfolio and grow profitably;
• Responsibility for global P&L for allocated portfolio throughout the entire life cycle including performance analysis and support in global price positioning;
• Offering support in the area of communication & promotions, quality management & e-commerce;
• Acting as main interface for all internal departments (e.g. engineering/development, marketing, sales, controlling, legal etc.).

• Master's degree preferable in business administration with previous experience in product management (incl. experience in new product & strategy development, product life cycle management, training, pricing, marketing & communication etc.) or purchasing;
• Experience working with a technical product;
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills and a big drive to reach commercial goals;
• Business English with proven intercultural, social & team competence;
• Strong skills in the use of both excel and PowerPoint.
