- Execute the Brand Manager's strategy: turning plans into results.
- Own listings end-to-end: titles, bullets, images, A+ content, storefront, translations, and copy.
- Collaborate closely with the graphic designer and marketing manager.
- Continuously test and optimize listings to improve conversion rates.
- Keep all listings active, accurate, and fully compliant.
- Manage catalog structure: flat files, variations, category fixes across multiple markets.
- Resolve issues fast: suppressed ASINs, duplicates, errors, and policy flags.
- Handle Seller Central cases from start to finish - no half-done work.

- Maintain Account Health Score.
- Respond to compliance issues within strict timelines.
- Maintain Buy Box ownership.
- Ensure zero suppressed listings.
- Resolve listing errors, merges, and issues quickly.
- Build and maintain out-of-stock (OOS) tracking so nothing sells out unnoticed.
- Track and improve conversion rates across the catalog

- Hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience (daily execution, not theory).
- Strong understanding of listing optimization and conversion drivers.
- Experience with flat files, bulk edits, and e-commerce tools.
- Ability to manage multiple moving parts without dropping standards.
- You spot problems early and solve them fast.
- You document and improve workflows (SOPs) so nothing falls through the cracks.
- You're obsessively detail-oriented.
- You execute with speed - but never at the cost of accuracy.
- You think in systems, not tasks.
