In this role, you will assist users with inquiries, provide guidance on services, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.This opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in a dynamic multicultural environment in Lisbon.What You'll Do
  • Provide customer support via phone, chat, and email in Dutch
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, service questions, and troubleshooting
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Record interactions accurately in internal systems
  • Handle inquiries professionally during high-volume periods
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
What We're Looking For
  • C1/C2 Dutch (mandatory)
  • English B2 or higher
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Customer-focused mindset and attention to detail
Work Schedules
  • Monday – Sunday|08:00 – 23:00 (rotational shifts)|2 rotational days off
  • Monday – Friday|07:30 – 20:00 (rotational shifts)|Weekends off
  • Monday – Sunday|07:00 – 23:00 (rotational shifts) |2 rotational days off
  • Future possibility of 24/7 shifts
Salary & Benefits
  • Base Salary: €1,100 gross × 14 months
Additional bonuses depending on project:
  • Performance Bonus: up to €100/month (11 months)
  • Attendance Bonus: up to €100/month (11 months)
Typical salary range:€1,283 – €1,483 gross/month equivalentAdditional benefits include:
