Through our custom-made tech (Re)Activation Cloud®, we communicate with players around the world to promote our client's platforms, while making sure they play responsibly! 💚We are looking for an Italian-speaking Reactivation Sales Agent to join our Sales Team in Bucharest, Romania.What you'll be doing:

Outbound calling (B2C) to inactive players.
Representing different casino and sportsbook brands.
Understanding players' needs and expectations.
Promoting current bonus campaigns, if applicable.
Introducing new games, features, payment methods, and any other relevant updates on iGaming platforms.
Reaching the goals and targets set together with your country manager.
Guiding players through the website, if necessary.

What you bring:

You are a Italian native speaker & have a conversational level of English.
You are natural at engaging and leading conversations.
You are interested in sports and online casinos.
You have sales capabilities.
