Remote work: On-siteSuntem in cautarea unui Business Systems Analyst la inceput de cariera, curios si dornic sa invete, pentru a se alatura echipei noastre IT Data - Finance.We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our Raiffeisen Bank Data Stream.You should possess insight, curiosity, and a natural inclination towards collaboration.We are looking for a problem solver, a team member who is happy to share ideas and opinions.You will be part of a highly motivated IT team and will work closely with IT architects, developers, testers, and system administrators, while maintaining a close collaboration with the business departments.Your responsibilities will include:. Interacting with business departments to clarify business requirements;. Assessing feasibility, benefits, and risks and providing opinions/recommendations;. Analyzing the impact of business requirements on the existing systems and overall IT environment;. Providing effort estimates for the analysis work;. Transforming business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications;. Participating in the solution design, supporting development and testing;. Maintaining specifications up to date throughout the project, operating approved changes;. Providing post-implementation support to system administrators during stabilization;. Providing functional and gap analysis in application acquisition (RfPs). Documenting specific requirements and participating in the evaluation process.
