You'll work inside a modern, high-tech studio in Bucharest, engaging audiences in Russian and English, and delivering a world-class entertainment experience every shift.No prior experience is required. Full paid training and ongoing coaching are provided from day one.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Host and present live games on camera with professionalism, enthusiasm, and confidence
Engage and interact with online players, creating a fun and exciting atmosphere
Follow clear game rules and procedures while maintaining high performance standards
Continuously develop your presenting skills through training and workshops

WHAT MAKES YOU A STRONG CANDIDATE

Native Russian speaker with a good working level of English
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid passport and documents ready for relocation
Available to work rotating shifts totalling 40 hours per week
Naturally energetic, friendly, and confident on camera
Strong communicator with a passion for entertainment and people
Adaptable — able to adjust your style across different games and interactions
