- Be responsible and show a great sense of initiativeTechnical competences:
- Experience with data-related tools: ETLs, Datawarehouse, BI tools, etc.
- Experience with generative AI tools and protocols such as LLMs, MCP (Model Context Protocol), ADK (Agent Development Kit), or LangChain.
- Good understanding of APIs, cloud (ideally Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Know how to adopt a Lean Management approach and apply Agile principles to the management and development discipline team, in Scrum and / or Kanban mode.
- Demonstrate a strong desire for continuous improvement and a capacity to develop a strategic vision: able to integrate and anticipate the various elements of discipline environment in order to guide the team through the challenges prompted by competitiveness.
- Good attitude and engagement/involvement related to the actual job, company, tasks.
- Good communication and relationship with down and upper people.

- Drive as hiring manager the hiring process and team building for all the needs coming from projects for his discipline; help EDMs/CPOs to identify properly the suitable roles based on projects needs.
- Be responsible for the department ramp-up to reach the goal workforce.
- Be accountable about retention in his discipline teams.
- Determine team goals/objectives and make sure the team is moving towards achieving the goals; checkpoints, quality/achievement; team assessment versus teams objectives; develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goal.
- Keep Check-ins discussions with each discipline member.
- Support his discipline team members development and help them to advance professionally within the context of projects’
- key challenges.
- Help EDMs/CPOs/Tech leaders to identify team weaknesses and strengths and mediate improvement, help team members to
- follow their carrier path; develop skills based on project’s needs; obtain resources for skill development activities (by coaching, trainings, tasks etc); Be accountable for the carrier development of his discipline teams members.
- Be accountable about trainings plan building for each discipline team member.
- Be accountable for his discipline team performance KPIs.
- Be accountable about Team Performance assessment inside his discipline.
- Be accountable for the team technical expertise support inside his discipline.
- Be accountable for Skills matrix management inside his discipline.
- Be responsible about his discipline team members salaries management.
- Help EDMs/CPOs to resolve conflicts in the team and among stakeholders; Delegate responsibilities to the right individuals.
- Encourage adoption of the New technologies.
- Responsible for ensuring his discipline team members are consistently delivering theirs outputs respecting projects standards & expectations.
- Work with the discipline delivery team to make them efficient - identify gaps and associated actions to support delivery continuous improvement.
