- You will be providing administrative support to projects under the direction of project management professionals in an international environment;
- You will monitor and actively align between different stakeholders of sample order management;
- You will be assuring the necessary transparency by monitoring and regular reporting of budget situation in projects and development account;
- You are going to update and structure the project data and assure the proper transfer of all necessary documents and information between Project Manager and Acquisition Manager;
- You will be organizing regular project meetings and supporting the Project Manager in daily tasks;
- You are going to align the project information and documents with all stakeholders;
- You are going to support in topics regarding Change Management.
- You have a Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related fields;
- You have at least 2 years of experience;
- You can work with Microsoft Excel at an advanced level;
- You have previous experience in working with Project Management Tools (MCR, SuperOPL, etc.).
- You have problem solving skills;
- You have a systematic, organized and precise working style;
- You have an independent and pro-active working style;
- You have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
- You have good communication skills;
- You have the ability to work in team (including virtual teams);
- You are customer-oriented;
- You enjoy working in various tools and you are process oriented.
- English - a good level is mandatory;
- German - can be considered a plus.
