- Draft and maintain data protection process any other relevant documents
- Contribute to the improvement of the global privacy program
- Collaborate in compliance maturity assessments
- Support local organizations in the implementation and management of the data protection processes, and in conducting privacy-related assessments
- Training and awareness activities
- Draft, own and continuously improve the components of the global privacy framework including policies, other steering documents and training
- Plan and manage remedial plans where necessary
- Inform and advise on applicable privacy legislation in all Autoliv jurisdictions, liaising with local resources as needed
- Serving as a subject matter expert and partner with all key business areas, to ensure that privacy issues are considered at the outset of new projects, products, and initiatives
- Support and assist the coordination of the privacy network of local resources
- Support and assist the management of inquiries relating to privacy assessments, personal data breaches, data subject rights and processing agreements
- Support and assist compliance audits and management of findings and observations
- University degree in either law, business administration, engineering or equivalent
- Good communication skills, including the ability to liaise with people across the business
- Ability to work well in both a team and individually
- Fluent in English (other additional languages are welcome)
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of privacy and data protection
- Demonstrate experience of managing data privacy issues in a global organization
- Expertise in global and European data protection laws and practices and an in-depth understanding of the GDPR
