Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Strong business understanding, ideally in FMCG or retail
Proven experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP S/4HANA)
Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills

Lead the design, harmonization, and implementation of RTR processes across the group
Govern and enhance end-to-end RTR process structures, ensuring alignment with business goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations and compliance
Monitor process performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Partner with IT to align technology decisions with business needs

Define and document current and future RTR processes
Ensure successful rollout of SAP S/4HANA and a mobile sales app across multiple countries
Coordinate testing, data migration, and key user training
Support post-go-live stabilization and ongoing process optimization
Promote a data-driven, process-oriented culture across the organization
