- Training development and operations - Partner with the Plexus training community to design, develop, implement and support training solutions that meet organizational needs across the globe, including session coordination, instructional design, material development, facilitation, cost chargebacks, and assessment as required for assigned areas.
- Data analysis - Utilize Talent Management systems to collect, analyze, and summarize data and trends related to training activities.
- Project management - Effectively manage multiple training projects by clarifying project objective, setting timetables and schedules, conducting research and time/cost analysis, developing and organizing information, fulfilling transactions, communicating project status and issues, and resolving concerns.
- System administration and translation services - Provide LMS administration and, as needed, translation services, to ensure alignment of global training content with Plexus system design and architecture.
- Continuous improvement - Identify, recommend, and develop process, policy, and procedural improvements related to assigned areas of Plexus training program administration.
- Acknowledges and complies with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards provided in the procedures and instructions that are specific to each field, documentation that underlies the proper functioning of the integrated management system of quality, environment, safety and occupational health.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- A minimum of a High School Diploma is required.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Human Resources, or similar field is preferred.
- 2 year of related experience is required; 3+ years of related experience is preferred.
- Experience in Manufacturing Operations such as Assembly, CAM, Procurement, Shipping, Engineering, Quality/Inspection, Quoting, Lean practices, etc., is beneficial.
- Technical capability - Advanced computer skills, intermediate analysis skills, and intermediate understanding of adult learning concepts, audio/visual technology and/or authoring software.
- Open communication - Ability to receive, interpret and apply both written and verbal direction; ability to communicate clearly with a variety of stakeholders in a variety of formats from formal presentations to emails.
- Customer focus/stakeholder management - Flexibility to adapt to new tasks and customer needs.
- Drives results - Consistently achieves results, even under tough circumstances, with strong attention to detail and work product excellence.
- The work setting should consist of a manufacturing environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a moderate noise level.
