The Tech & Data department (~200 employees across the globe) provides products, services, and support to all SCOR Group worldwide. Its 2 key challenges today are to successfully implement its new Target Operating Model (TOM), to be supported by an ambitious pluri-annual internalization plan to deliver innovative products and services to its clients.The Tech & Data organization is an Agile matricial organization relying on 4 pillars:
  • Data and System Engineering, made of the following teams : Data Center of Excellence, Products and Systems Engineering and Enterprise Architecture
  • Management & Control (M&C) & Corporate Systems, made of teams supporting Crews and Transversal Functional Domains: Governance, T&D Operating Model Implementation, Security & Compliance, Financial Control, Sourcing & Vendor Management, Governance, and Processes
  • Technical, made of teams dedicated to IT Operations, Network, Cloud, Workplace & Cloud Productivity Services
  • Crews and Transversal Functional Domains
Crews are supported by Chapters (System Engineering, Architecture, DevOps, ...) and both Technical and M&C-C teams are fully dedicated to the delivery of SCOR products, services and support.This position is attached to the Financial Production & Investments crew.Under the responsibility of the Financial Product crew, the SAP Hana platform is a key element of the Finance value chain since supporting the General Ledger product (Core SAP S/4Hana solution, FI and CO modules), the Consolidation product (SAP BFC module), the Expenses Management product (SAP PaPM module and Fiori interface), the Treasury product (AP/AR and TRM/BCM modules), a Planning and Landing product (SAP BPC and Fiori modules) and a reporting layer (BW/HANA, SAC and AfO).The SAP BDC Senior Solution Analyst is accountable of the consistency of his deliveries.Participates in the solution's technical design with the Solution Architect/Tech Lead.Contributes "hands on" to developments, ensuring their quality and consistency.Translates business needs into reliable and integrated solutionsWorks closely with the Solution Owner to help steering the Squad backlog, particularly regarding prioritization against complexity.Key duties and responsibilitiesAs a technico-functional referent of the Finance Reporting squad, you contribute to the reporting based on all SAP solutions:
  • Help define, monitor and implement the roadmap and ensure delivery for Reporting on SAP BDC ("Build"), in alignment with Finance business requirements and strategy
  • Manage the Business as Usual, ensuring relevancy and continuous delivery for Reporting on SAP BDC, evolutions and user support with a high quality of service ("Run")
  • Support continuous improvement and development of the BW/HANA environment around a consistent and fully integrated business / technology roadmap
  • Ensure rigorous Project Management, build a collaboration and trustful atmosphere with all stakeholders in a challenging context
Experience
  • +7 years of work experience in SAP Reporting (BW/HANA, SAC), preferably with a 1st experience on BDC (Datasphere, SAP Databricks), and within the (re)insurance sector, as part of a financial services company or similar organization
Hard Skills
  • Strong experience of Business & IT agile ways of working
  • Strong expertise in software testing, developing, automate testing processes and then improving team and system efficiency
  • Understanding of documented IT guidelines when working in a large organization
  • High curiosity about technology / coding innovation
  • Fluent in English (written, spoken)
Soft Skills
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem solving mindset
  • Ability to stand out as a reliable advisor to the Finance Department
