- Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our admin, sales, and customer support teams
- Ensure full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Analyze sales and operational data to optimize processes and reach KPIs
- Define and implement efficient internal workflows and procedures
- Identify and resolve inefficiencies in business operations
- Develop performance metrics and monitor team productivity
- Maintain strong relationships with insurance partners and key stakeholders
- Ensure customer support is professional, efficient, and always improving
- Provide regular reporting and insights to the executive team
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Finance, or similar)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar operational/management role, ideally in insurance or brokerage
- Proven track record reporting directly to executive leadership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good team management and communication skills
- Experience with inbound and outbound sales workflows
- Good understanding of Romanian insurance regulatory environment
- Fluency in both Romanian and English (written & spoken)
- Experience in fintech or a fully digital environment is a plus
- A natural leader who takes initiative
- Well organized, with strong time management
- Detail-oriented and results-driven
