Travel availability: nice to have availability to travel internationallyRole OverviewWe are looking for a Legal Advisor to join our team and support the legal activities of our international group.The role involves providing legal support on corporate and commercial matters, reviewing contractual documentation, and coordinating with external legal partners and public institutions.The position requires strong analytical skills, the ability to prioritize business needs while managing legal risks, and effective communication with international stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLegal Advisory & Contract ManagementReview, analyze, and validate various types of contracts with suppliers and partners within the groupDraft legal opinions and provide guidance on contractual and regulatory mattersFormulate objections to contractual proposals when necessary and respond to counterparties' commentsCorporate & Regulatory ActivitiesManage corporate documentation and statutory modifications for companies within the groupSupport company incorporation, restructuring, and administrative proceduresRepresent the company in relation to authorities, public institutions, and external stakeholdersExternal Partnerships & Litigation CoordinationMaintain relationships with external law firms and legal advisorsCoordinate with external partners on litigation matters, corporate projects, authorizations, and special contractsProspect and assess potential new legal partnerships when requiredLegal Analysis & ReportingCompile and structure legal information to support decision-makingPrepare reports, summaries, and documentation related to legal activitiesEnsure proper follow-up of ongoing legal matters and deadlinesCandidate ProfileEducation & ExperienceBachelor's or Master's degree in LawMinimum 5 years of professional experience in a legal advisory roleExperience in business law, corporate law, or international legal environments is considered an advantageLanguagesAdvanced level of English (written and spoken), nice to have advanced French skillsHard SkillsStrong knowledge of legal regulations and contract lawAbility to analyze and interpret legal textsGood command of Microsoft Office toolsSoft SkillsStrong analytical and synthesis skillsAttention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyResults-oriented mindset with sound judgment in complex situationsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsWorking EnvironmentInternational team and multicultural environmentInitial training period and continuous learning opportunitiesPossibility to develop expertise across different legal areas (corporate, social law, GDPR, etc.)Collaboration with international stakeholders and legal partnersWhat We OfferSalary + Benefit PackageLaptop & mobile phoneStructured onboarding & training periodIntegration into a dynamic and international teamRecruitment ProcessRecruiter InterviewHR Manager InterviewOptional: Final Interview with Legal Director
