- Oversee the accuracy and completeness of training records for all AOC and CCTO personnel, ensuring full regulatory compliance
- Monitor crew qualifications and expiry dates, initiating timely actions to maintain operational readiness
- Identify and report training-related non-compliances, ensuring corrective measures are implemented promptly
- Execute and improve internal control processes to ensure data integrity and audit readiness
- Manage administrative updates, including AOC changes, name changes, and long-term crew absences
- Maintain and update databases of internal trainers/instructors and external examiners
- Coordinate the preparation and re-issuance of licenses and attestations
- Ensure timely resolution of training-related queries and support tickets within a 24-hour SLA
- Deliver onboarding and process training for new colleagues across all AOCs
- Collaborate on the development and testing of digital training tools, ensuring usability and accuracy
- Support ad hoc requests from the Operator and contribute to cross-functional initiatives
- Experience in database systems, knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, experience as a regulator or licensing officer is an advantage
- Proficiency in training management systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Bachelor's degree
- English C1 both written and spoken.
