MissionThe Relationship Manager initiates, maintains and develops the relationship with clients in the Medium Companies division, legal entities, offering them credit facilities and other banking products and services, helping them achieve their business goals.About the teamOur Relationship Managers in Targoviste work in a dynamic, collaborative ING environment where agility, ownership, and customer focus drive every interaction—from onboarding and financial analysis to supporting credit applications.We are also looking for candidates from Ploiesti or Targoviste.Your day to dayYou will be responsible for developing and maintaining profitable business relationships with clients in the Medium Companies segment, ensuring that they receive the appropriate banking products and services for their specific needs. In your daily work, you will focus on understanding each client’s business model, identifying opportunities for growth, and supporting them in achieving their financial objectivesYou will represent and promote the ING brand on the local market, acting as a trusted partner for companies and contributing to strengthening the bank’s presence in the business communityYou will lead commercial discussions and negotiate terms for new collaborations or for expanding existing partnerships, while continuously monitoring the performance of your customer portfolioPart of your role includes visiting both new and existing customers, gathering relevant information, and documenting the key elements of each interactionYou will structure and communicate tailored offers for various products—such as accounts, deposits, and credit facilities—and collaborate with internal teams to obtain the necessary approvalsYou will conduct financial analyses, assess risks associated with each financed business, and ensure compliance with ING policies.
