In this role, you will help maintain platform integrity by ensuring user-generated content complies with community guidelines and marketplace standards.This opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced digital environment and contributing to a safer online community.What You'll Do
  • Review and moderate user-generated content and listings in Greek
  • Ensure platform content complies with community standards and policies
  • Identify and remove non-compliant or inappropriate content
  • Apply local market knowledge when making moderation decisions
  • Maintain accuracy and productivity while managing moderation queues
  • Handle high moderation volumes during promotion and peak traffic periods
What We're Looking For
  • C1/C2 Greek (mandatory)
  • English B2 or higher
  • Strong analytical and moderation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to make objective and rational decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketplaces
Work Schedule24/7 Rotational Shifts (Monday – Sunday)Shift options:07:00 – 16:00
14:00 – 23:00
22:30 – 07:30Days Off: 2 rotational days per weekSalary & Benefits
  • Base Salary: €920 gross × 14 months
  • Attendance Bonus: €45/month × 11 months
  • Meal Allowance: €7.63/day
  • Welcome Bonus: €1,500 (paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year)
