Lead full-cycle implementation projects for SAP FI solutions in SAP S/4HANA environments
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Provide expert guidance on best practices for SAP FI processes and configurations
Participate in all project phases: design, customizing, testing, training, cutover, go-live, and hypercare
Configure SAP Finance processes and ensure integration with other modules (MM, SD, PP)
Coordinate the project team and mentor junior colleagues to ensure successful delivery
Support pre-sales and sales activities in the Finance area (nice to have)

QualificationsQualificationsQualifications

5-8+ years of experience in SAP Finance Consulting, with focus on implementation projects
Strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions
Solid expertise in SAP FI configuration and cross-module integration
Client-facing experience, with excellent presentation skills
Ability to deliver workshops and customer trainings
Strong adaptability and flexibility to manage deadlines and changing priorities
Experience leading local teams (3-8 members); prior coaching/coordination experience is a plus
Strong ownership mindset with high accountability and reliability
Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented thinking
Ability to perform effectively under pressure, especially during critical project phases
Collaborative team player with mentoring and leadership capabilities
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field is an advantage.

Nice to Have

Functional support for data migration (mapping & load)
Experience in both ECC and S/4HANA environments
SAP FI Localization experience

Things to know before departure:

Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
Employment contract: CIM, Unlimited

Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken English
Flexibility & willingness to travel
