The ideal candidate will be proficient in both React (frontend) and Java (backend) technologies.You will contribute to a variety of projects, ranging from internal IT solutions (accelerators, frameworks, documentation, innovation) to business applications. The team operates in an Agile environment, with a focus on one product at a time--whether IT or business--over cycles lasting from a few weeks to several months.

Design and implement scalable, user-centric features for both frontend and backend systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges.
Write clean, maintainable code using industry best practices and modern programming languages.
Conduct thorough testing to ensure high-quality and bug-free deliverables.
Document workflows, processes, and technical specifications to support technical clarity and continuity.
Monitor and optimize application performance and security.
Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies, integrating them where appropriate.
Provide post-deployment support to address user feedback and system improvements.

Professional Experience

Frontend Development: Proven experience in developing scalable and user-friendly interfaces using React or similar modern frameworks.
Backend Development: Strong expertise in creating robust backend systems using Java, including API design and database integration.
Cloud Technologies: Knowledge and practical experience with Azure Cloud services, including deployment and management of applications.
Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile principles and practices, contributing to iterative development cycles and collaboration in cross-functional teams.
Performance Optimization: Experience in monitoring, profiling, and improving application performance and security.
Testing and Debugging: Ability to write unit tests, perform debugging, and ensure clean, maintainable code adhering to industry best practices.
