We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts, airbags and steering wheels and you can be part of our team as Technical Support Team Leader.If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:

Coordinates the maintenance and process team.
Responsible for preparing and supporting weekly/monthly reports, regarding M&PE performance indicators.
Responsible for coordinating and engaging his team in process improvement reviews and complaint review sessions, process and equipment improvement.
Responsible for training the personnel involved in case of process changes/improvements.
Prepares and updates new/transferred/amended process documents according to the procedure.
Replaces the process engineer or the maintenance engineer when they are absentase

and if you have/are:

University degree in a technical field (mechanical, electromechanical, industrial engineering or similar);
Relevant experience in coordinating technical teams, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment;
Strong skills in organizing, planning, and prioritizing activities;
Good knowledge of production workflows and equipment maintenance, with strong competencies in diagnosing and resolving technical issues;
Ability to coordinate, motivate, develop, and support team members.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with other departments (production, quality, engineering, etc.)
Advanced English language skills.
