- Roll out the company’s marketing strategies and annual plans within the country, ensuring alignment with the holding company’s global objectives.
- Implement and monitor product launches, promotional campaigns, advertising activities, and events to strengthen market presence.
- Coordinate the creation and adaptation of marketing materials, guaranteeing timely delivery and compliance with brand and regulatory standards.
- Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and IQVIA data to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
- Monitor the annual marketing budget for assigned therapeutic areas or brands, identifying any deviations and proposing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to define promotional campaigns, evaluate results, and provide marketing support tools to optimize performance.
- Contribute to the definition of annual and periodic sales forecasts, based on marketing insights and data analysis.
- Present new products and marketing initiatives during national and regional sales meetings.
- Maintain effective communication across departments, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project progress and market feedback.
- Identify local market needs and opportunities, sharing insights with the Country Marketing Manager/Coordinator and headquarters.
- Ensure the translation, adaptation, and editing of materials to meet local requirements while maintaining consistency with global guidelines.
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in marketing roles within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry.
- Languages: Romanian and English required.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in market data analysis (e.g., IQVIA).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach.
