Driven by its ambition for growth and scale, Inetum generated sales of 2.4 billion euros in 2024.For further information, please visit www.inetum.comJob DescriptionAs part of our growing software and automation team, you will contribute to designing, developing, and delivering end-to-end technical solutions that support internal processes for our automotive client.This role offers the opportunity to combine technical development with business understanding, working closely with stakeholders to transform business needs into efficient and automated solutions.You will be involved throughout the entire lifecycle of a solution—from initial requirements gathering and analysis to automation, scripting, testing, deployment, and post‑implementation support.This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about continuous learning, hands-on development, and taking ownership of the solutions they deliver.Responsabilities
  • Develop, test, and deploy end-to-end software solutions to support business processes.
  • Build and maintain automation scripts using Python (data processing, automation flows, utility scripts).
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of automations using UiPath.
  • Create and update VBA scripts or macros as needed to optimize existing workflows.
  • Collaborate directly with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.
  • Document processes, technical specifications, and solution designs in a clear and structured manner.
  • Participate in functional and technical analysis of existing processes to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Provide ongoing support and enhancements for delivered solutions.
  • Ensure proper versioning, documentation, and maintenance of the developed components.
Qualifications
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, clarify needs, and gather detailed requirements for new solutions.
  • Analyze, map, and document existing business processes and workflows to support solution design and improvement initiatives.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA automations to streamline operations and eliminate repetitive manual tasks.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive functional and technical documentation for all delivered solutions.
  • Build and optimize Python-based scripts for automation, data processing, and workflow enhancement.
  • Apply basic VBA knowledge to create or maintain small-scale automations; practical experience is considered an advantage.
  • Use foundational UiPath skills to contribute to automation development; hands-on experience is a strong plus.
  • Perform business analysis activities, including understanding process logic, structuring requirements, and ensuring alignment between technical and business needs.
  • Propose technical solutions that address business challenges and clearly communicate their value to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate strong motivation to learn, grow, and take full ownership of end‑to‑end delivery for assigned solutions.
