- Develop and manage commercial relationships with distributors and raw material converters.
- Raise brand awareness among medium-to-large industrial end customers.
- Identify and collaborate with local converters who can take over direct relationships with end users.
- Actively scout the market for companies in need of protective packaging solutions.
- Promote paper-based, innovative technologies as sustainable alternatives to plastic packaging.
- Actively contribute to the International Account Management Team (currently managing 3 strategic clients).
- Cover Romania and surrounding countries within a 500 km radius of Timișoara.
- Experience in the industrial sector, ideally in protective packaging (EPS/Foam).
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales and industrial market dynamics.
- Ability to engage with decision-makers in both structured companies and local operators.
- Fluent in English (mandatory); knowledge of Italian is a strong plus.
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Timișoara area.
