- Serve as a subject matter expert on the company's content platforms, guiding the transition to a new content management architecture and ensuring seamless adoption across teams.
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies, including plans and tools to support successful adoption, mitigate resistance, and evaluate effectiveness.
- Define, oversee, and refine training and onboarding programs for teams adopting new systems or processes, ensuring all stakeholders are well-equipped to navigate changes.
- Lead cross-functional collaborations to identify improvement opportunities, document business cases, and either implement process changes or escalate complex challenges appropriately.
- Implement and manage a system for tracking inquiries and monitoring customer satisfaction, ensuring high levels of support and feedback collection throughout change processes.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of data governance policies, emphasizing metadata accuracy and completeness to achieve and maintain a 98% data fill rate and accuracy.
- Organize regular meetings with users to share best practices, new features, and capabilities, fostering a culture of continuous learning and adaptation.
- Proactively troubleshoot issues during the transition to new systems, providing hands-on support and guidance to ensure a smooth and effective change management process.
- Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement best practices and processes to improve project management and delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment with business objectives, efficient resource allocation, and consistent communication of change initiatives.
- Participates in all necessary training sessions and provides feedback, information, and recommendations to help improve training.
- Assists new employees to complete the training/compulsory tasks of the New Employee Orientation Program.
- Performs and sustains training courses and/or presentations related to the departments' processes or about general administration issues.
- Acts as a team member providing information, analyzes and recommendations to support the team's efforts.
- Ensures transparency of information, documenting appropriately and storing information of public interest on the internal web page or on team’s SharePoint.
- To carry out the activity in accordance with training and instructions, as well as instructions received from the employer in order not to expose to the danger of injury or illness (both employee and colleagues) during the work process; To prevent/minimize environmental pollution.
- To acquire and comply with the provisions of the health and safety at work and the measures for their implementation.
- Participates in OHS risk assessment and in identifying environmental issues.
- Not to discontinue, alter, change, or arbitrarily remove its own security devices, especially machines, appliances, tools, technical installations, and buildings and to use these devices correctly.
- Immediately communicates to the manager any work situation on which they have good reasons to consider it a danger to the safety and health of the workers, as well as any deficiency of the fire prevention and extinguishing systems.
- Brings to the attention of the manager of the workplace and/or the employer the accidents suffered.
- Participates in OHS (hiring, workplace, periodic, job change or transfer work, new work equipment, or changes to existing equipment) and conducts medical examinations on a regular basis.
- Cooperates with the employer and / or the OHS specialist if required to enable any measures or demands made by labor inspectors and health inspectors protecting the health and safety of workers.
- Cooperates if required with the employer and / or OHS specialist to enable the employer to ensure that the work environment and working conditions are safe. Acquires and observes the health and safety legislation and the provisions of HP Inc.
- Cooperates with labor inspectors and health inspectors.
- Complies with the fire protection provisions issued by the company's management.
- Participates in departmental policies and procedures.
- Applies Control & Quality policies to ensure compliance with HP's policies and audit requirements.

- Is responsible for ensuring personal conduct, keeping HP's standards of conduct when representing the company.
- Is responsible for protecting the department’s equipment in possession.
- Complies with the Internal regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred to demonstrate a deeper understanding of business and marketing strategies within the context of change management.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, specifically with a track record of managing large-scale organizational changes effectively. Experience in marketing principles, practices, tactics, and tools, with an in-depth understanding of marketing activities, practices, and procedures.
- Expert knowledge in designing and implementing effective change management strategies, plans, and tools. Familiarity with recognized change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter) is highly desirable, demonstrating a structured approach to managing change.
- Mandatory PROSCI Certification to ensure a structured and professional approach to managing change using proven methodologies.
- Ability to interface effectively with the management team and various functional disciplines, with excellent project management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, alongside outstanding interpersonal skills. The ability to negotiate, influence, and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups is critical for facilitating effective change.
- Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, focused on addressing customer needs and overcoming resistance to change. This includes the ability to perform in-depth analyses of marketing strategies and business operations to identify areas for improvement.
- Demonstrated excellence in execution skills, with an ability to manage complex projects from conception through implementation. Must be highly adaptable, capable of navigating uncertainty, and proficient in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
