For their operation in Bucharest, they are looking to recruit a Dutch Customer Administrator to join their international Customer service team.The roleIn this job role you will represent a very well known automotive brand and you will handle customer cases regarding various queries including warranty issues. It will be your task to investigate the customer’s case in more detail, working closely with the specific car dealerships in the country.
