Descriere jobAbout the Role:We are looking for a highly motivated Strategic Buyer to develop and execute regional sourcing plans for projects and sites. In this role, you will drive competitive commodity and category strategies to achieve the lowest total cost, optimize working capital, and ensure supply continuity. You will manage supplier performance, oversee multiple projects in a dynamic environment, and ensure compliance with company policies and export/import regulations.A 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement regional sourcing plans aligned with operational and strategic goals.
Manage supplier selection, RFQs, RFIs, negotiations, contracting, and performance monitoring.
Support business units in project and site sourcing needs during both pursuit and execution phases.
Collaborate with internal sourcing teams, business departments, and stakeholders throughout the Procure-to-Pay process.
Drive working capital improvements through payment term extensions, inventory reduction, and lead time optimization.
Ensure supplier performance meets quality and delivery objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree.
Fluent in English
Proven experience in supplier management and a similar sourcing or procurement role.
Strong knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Project management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in procurement and multi-project management in dynamic environments.
Strong analytical skills.
Familiarity with strategic procurement practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Six Sigma or Lean Tools certifications are a plus.
