We are working to increase vehicle safety by developing seatbelts, airbags and steering wheels and you can be part of our team as Supply Chain Risk Management Specialist.Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:Execute supplier and third-party risk assessments, contributing to the security of Autoliv’s global supply chainIdentify, evaluate and communicate key risks in alignment with Autoliv’s organization prioritiesSupport with the design and implementation of Autoliv’s global Cyber Supply Chain Risk Management strategy, processes and methodologiesMaintain and develop risk registers, follow up on mitigation activities and support management reportingContribute to continuous improvement by identifying weaknesses and proposing enhancements to existing processes, tools and controlsCommunicate and measure risks. Support definition and set up of KPIs, to measure supplier risks and cyber security maturityGoals of the role:Strengthen Autoliv’s capability to identify, analyze and manage cyber and information risks across all related domains by supporting the cyber supply chain risk management teamSupport the continuous development of the cyber supply chain risk management processes and methodologiesEnhance Autoliv’s security posture and resilience by identifying high risk suppliers and pro-actively reducing their risksExperience & Competence:2–5 years of experience within cybersecurity, information security or IT risk management, ideally in large, global organizationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in cybersecurity, information security, computer science, or a related fieldExcellent communication skills in English, both written and verbalProven ability to perform structured risk assessments, and analysis of inherent and residual risksUnderstanding of frameworks such as NIST CSF 2.0, ISO/IEC 27005Basic knowledge of supply chain processes, both direct and indirectFamiliarity with risk scoring methodologies, vulnerability management and control mappingExperience working in international and cross-functional settings, preferably in manufacturing, automotive or consulting industries is a meritPersonality & Leadership:Analytical and structured approach, capable of connecting risk data to business relevanceSelf-driven, reliable and able to work independently while maintaining alignment with the wider cybersecurity organizationPragmatic and collaborative mindset with the ability to adapt frameworks and methodologies to context rather than applying them mechanicallyNaturally curious and open-minded, with a strong willingness to learnWe are more than glad to chat with you about your experience and your career goals.In our international work setting, you will find a range of opportunities that are designed to enhance your career and personal development.
