- Processing order confirmations accurately and on time;
- Communicating with suppliers and internal customers regarding delivery schedules and order confirmations;
- Supporting supplier research and market surveys for new or existing goods and services;
- Assisting in the creation and maintenance of internal catalogs;
- Preparing standard reports to support purchasing performance tracking;
- Creating vendor request forms and supporting the onboarding of new suppliers;
- Engaging with cross-functional teams across departments and regions.
- Fluency in German and English;
- Enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree program (one in Economics is an advantage);
- Good understanding of the business process;
- Eagerness to develop and learn more about the purchasing department;
- Good negotiation and communication skills;
- Good Excel and PowerPoint skills;
- Availability for onsite work.
