- Support in execution of the following activities:
- marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL) within category and brand guideline
- external communication activities (including social media) in line with the communication and media strategy as defined by the Marketing Leader and supported by media manager
- translating brand packaging design guidelines into local brand artwork.
- Support in developing and optimize with guidance marketing campaigns (product launching and consumer campaigns), following market trends and presenting creative ideas to make relevant consumer campaigns in ATL or BTL
- Supporting marketing brand team into different presentations like sales conference, annual planning process, brand review and projects
- Tracking budgets for own projects
- Enthusiastic about coffee and passionate about marketing
- Creative and results-oriented
- Appreciate a fast pace and enjoy thinking out of the box
- University degree, preferably in Business Administration / Economics / Marketing
- Fluent in Romanian & English
