The purpose of this field-based position is to promote our portfolio for small animals to the strategic customers, key veterinary practices from Transylvania region in Romania and to provide scientific and technical support on the health, diagnostics, and disease control of their patients.Requirements:
  • University Degree in Veterinary or Life Science;
  • Advanced level of English language;
  • At least 3 years previous working experience in a similar role and at least 3 years of veterinary practice experience;
  • Current passport and valid driving license;
  • Able to use standard business software MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and communication tools;
Responsibilities
  • The person in role is required to develop mutually beneficial and productive long-term partnerships with our key customers from Transylvania region in Romania, and to maintain these relationships with the appropriate quantity & quality of activity.
  • Investigates customers need and wants.
  • Suggests innovative ways of increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Grows the customer’s product usage by using technical and business knowledge.
  • Collaborates with Sales, Marketing and Technical teams and our distributors.
  • Identifies commercial opportunities through networking of the different stakeholders.
  • Is in daily contact with KA, KOL or other stakeholders from different areas (e. g. Universities, specialty organizations or associations, etc.) .
  • Identifies key accounts, key influencers, and key decision makers through a good analysis of the market.
  • Organizes round table meetings, workshops, presentations, and regional symposia in collaboration with the Sales, Marketing and the Technical teams of our distributors’.
  • Finds innovative ways to engage with Pet owners: participation in industry events, organizes educational events and activities, digital campaigns, etc. together with distributor.
  • Offers support, training and coaching to our regional distributor team.
  • Delivers at least agreed sales targets, growth, and market share gains for specified product brands.
  • Keeps abreast of industry and market trend and best practices.
