  • Onsite IT/OT support including break/fix for thin clients, IPCs, handhelds, and lab equipment
  • Local hands-and-feet support for global IT teams
  • Troubleshooting automation and production systems (PLC, SCADA, OT networks)
  • Support for software upgrades, patching, and backups in lab/OT environments
  • Incident, problem, and change management (ITIL-based)
  • Compliance with CSV, GxP, and data integrity procedures
  • Participation in disaster recovery and business continuity planning
Requirements
  • Bachelor's in IT, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of IT/OT support experience in regulated environments
  • Experience with industrial IT systems, SCADA/PLC, and lab software
  • Networking knowledge (VLAN, Firewall, Routing)
  • ITIL process knowledge; ServiceNow/Remedy ticketing
  • Database Troubleshooting Experience MSSQL
  • Available for onsite support and 24/7 on-call rotation
  • Fluency in Romanian and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Candidate must declare Criminal Record no older than 3 months.
