Continue to read and apply!Program OverviewStart in our Lehliu Plant, learn together as a group regionally, and individually at local level in day-to-day operations, within the Maintenance department.The program of 18 months is composed of 3 main stages:Nourish | 3 months: Regional and plant onboarding, buddy up, settle, and prepare to grow.
Grow | 9 months: Hands-on learning within the team locally, develop and deepen Bunge Business knowledge and grow through a game and group learning curriculum.
Flourish | 6 months: Finalize the program with a group project and fine-tune skills of the future.
