Supporting Meaningful Work - work brings deeper motivation, purpose and fulfillment to our livesWhat You'll Do:
  • Supporting EMEA sales teams and project managers by translating client requirements into accurate proposals and project documentation.
  • Developing space plans, layouts, and basic design solutions using CAD or space-planning tools based on provided inputs.
  • Preparing quotations, cost calculations, and client-facing presentations in line with governance, pricing rules, and agreements.
  • Coordinating project execution activities for awarded opportunities in close collaboration with project managers, sales, and operations teams.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including quotes, orders, delivery documents, and trackers.
  • Collaborating with order fulfillment, after-sales, and third-party vendors to resolve discrepancies, invoicing issues, and delivery constraints.
  • Managing multiple requests and priorities simultaneously while ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and timely delivery.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales support, project execution, order fulfillment, or a similar operational role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience working in a structured, process-driven, cross-functional environment
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Experience using CAD or space-planning tools (e.g., pCon.Planner or similar)
  • Exposure to interior design, architecture, or workspace planning concepts
  • Experience supporting projects in an international or multicultural environment
  • Additional European language skills (such as French or German)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Customer-focused mindset and experience supporting client-facing teams
  • Familiarity with project tracking, reporting tools, or ERP/order management systems
  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach and willingness to learn within a project management community
