- SC&P engineer is responsible of packaging readiness from concept validation until packaging in place at SOP.
- Define and quote accurate and cost-efficient packaging concepts in line with Faurecia & Customer expectations / standards, based on information with low level of details given the product immaturity.
- Make Packaging Studies and validate them with the affected parties (Internal, suppliers or Customer)
- SC&P engineer is responsible for readiness of all inbound and outbound flows for the plants.
- Create & Update external MIFD
- Update Logistic Cost Estimation file from acquisition until transfer to plant
- Ensure all program Milestone under SC&P responsibility are tracked and achieved (PMS / Launch book)
- Share with purchasing BOP supply chain condition for acquisition (loop, delivery frequency…)
- Check with purchasing supplier feedback before nomination and highlight any issues.
- Track all validation of flows with supplier until LPDS (Logistics Parts Datasheet) & TIDS (Transport & Information Datasheet) signature and EDI opening.
- Organize MIFD review with transport team/purchasing and plant to find best transport organization and define delivery frequency.
- Ensure Customer flows creation / update for new program.
- EDI tracking for opening and implementation.
- Validate loops, delivery frequency, transport organization with customers.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience including as a packaging engineer.
- Manager experience in an industrial environment
- Experience working in an international environment.
- Nice to have: Previous International Assignment
- Solid understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, and distribution.
- Knowledge of supply chain structures

- BA in Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, or similar relevant field
