The social media creative strategist will be part of our global team and will be responsible for the content strategy, ongoing management, and execution for all assigned projects, as well as full ownership of our visual social strategy. This work will include designed static visuals and partnering with G Studios to create video and complex visuals for our global social channels. In addition, the social media manager will be a community manager for our social platforms.Responsibilities

Lead creative content strategy and execution for our global accounts for assigned campaigns and projects, including partnering with G Studios and external agency partners on all creative requests
Co-lead active community management for our global channels, with the ability to actively engage as Genpact and drive community conversations
Ownership of our visual social strategy, focusing on Instagram and TikTok
Help identify and organize content for monthly social media plans, including tracking all creative requests and ensuring all content is in line with brand standards and completed by respective deadlines
Ensure accuracy of all visual social content before live dates
Leads all crisis monitoring and reporting, including collaboration with PR team, Recruitment and HR/Employee Issues teams

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, social media, public relations, advertising, or related field
Relevant years of experience in a social media strategy role
Extensive knowledge of social media best practices related to creative content, platform-specific features, user consumption and paid opportunities
Proficient in Photoshop and visual design tools
Passion for social media and testing new trends and content strategies
Experience with Social management software (Khoros, Sprinklr, Sprout, etc.)
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Brandwatch, Meltwater, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree a must - MBA desirable
