As an integral member of our team, you will analyze complex datasets, develop and implement statistical models that will help with decision taking and product development. Analyze and model end-user, application, and networking data to provide actionable insights for our customers.
Apply innovative analytics, statistics, and machine learning techniques that directly contribute to the design and development of new product features. Work end to end from data collection, exploration and modeling, visualization to communication of results.
Explore, prototype, and implement GenAI techniques to design and deliver new product capabilities such as summarization, classification, and intelligent assistants.
Collaborate with fellow data scientists, product, and engineering on projects starting from exploration and experimentation to production.

What makes you an ideal candidate

Advanced degree in statistics, applied mathematics, data science, computer science
Demonstrable understanding and practical application of statistical concepts with in-depth understanding of when to apply which concept, with particular focus on time-series forecasting, hypothesis testing, classification, clustering
Proficient with Python with a focus on data processing packages (eg. pandas, numpy), machine learning libraries (eg. scikit-learn, statsmodels, scipy), and data visualization (eg. matplotlib, seaborn)
Experience in data extraction and processing using SQL, or other query language
Foundations of GenAI: LLM capabilities and limitations, prompt evaluation, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agent-based workflows, and basic cost/performance considerations
Foundations of deep learning: neural networks, NLP
Basic knowledge of common development tools: version control, IDE, debugging
Self-directed in data exploration and able to understand project requirements
A strong communicator and presenter, translating complex concepts to a non-technical audience
Data-oriented personality, with good communication and documentation skills
Experience in basic computer networking is a plus
