- Assignment of jobs to auditors (internal and external) - issue of invoice and inform clients;
- Document / report filing;
- Collect the client payments under the supervision of the head of office;
- Support and coordinate Office facilities / meetings / HSE including PPE / stationary / surveyor expense / time sheet;
- Contacting potential clients via mail or phone to promote RINA services;
- Scheduling of appointments with potential clients;
- Assisting the team in the preparation of quotations / preparation of quotations;
- Registration of prospects/quotations/contracts within RINA databases;
- Other office work assigned by team leader / station manager.
- Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor or apprenticeship in the commercial field;
- Previous Administrative or Back-office experience preferably within international working environment;
- English language at an intermediate level;
- Good computer skills and Microsoft applications;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate complex information to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications;
- Ability to work both independently and excellent teamwork skills;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Willingness to learn and develop.
