- World Class support via email with Managed SSL customers
- Request and install SSL Certificates (DV Standard, UCC, Wildcard) to servers with control panels, command line (SSH) or remote desktop.
- Understand file structure and how to manage multiple CMS applications.
- Complete tickets for Managed SSL by following a trained process, checklist, and workflow while also demonstrating strong customer service skills
- Maintaining and monitoring tickets moved to other queues and following up accordingly.
- Provide feedback to supervisors and work with leaders to create necessary JIRAs for developers to implement needed changes.
- Communicate new findings that will benefit peers.
- Quality assurance shows ticket resolutions align with department goals and expectations
- Constant queue grooming to handle complex issues and tickets that are near or over SLA.
- Work directly with developers to help provide feedback on processes and tools for Managed SSL
- Strong firewall knowledge and potential cross training in all Website Security Departments.
- The ability to identify the SSL certificate life cycle and where an SSL request falls when working a MSSL ticket. They would then use their expertise to complete the installation/configuration of a certificate and test it to ensure it is working properly on a customer's website.
- Through experience they will develop knowledge in how to install SSL Certificates across all platform types & knowledge of file structure and management of popular CMS applications across Linux and Windows Operating Systems. Specifically, they would develop knowledge of General Security Concepts++, Network Services & Protocols (TCP/IP & OSI Model), Web Vulnerabilities (XSS, SQLi, LFI/RFI), Database Management (SQL, MSSQL), Apache/Nginx/IIS, Investigate HTTP headers, Security Headers, SSL/TLS, DDoS Mitigation, Website Cache, Website Performance Analysis, Log Management, CDN service & Reverse Proxy.
