This is a great opportunity to join our Global HR Team and contribute to business footprint as a strategic Specialist. In our team you will have the chance to work with local and global experts and HR Management team members by steering the HR operational project performance. The position is based in Romania in one of the following locations: Cluj-Napoca, Bistrita, Pitesti or Arad and it implies several business trips to our sites in Romania or other assigned countries.Your task:
- Develop and define HR Business Projects standards and guidelines;
- Contribute to the strategic business development and footprint planning – selection of new locations, relocation, business placement;
- Manage HR best practices, ensuring development and continuous improvement;
- Enable the correct using of Project work breakdown structure and Project toolbox;
- Consult the Country HR Management on project life cycle (ramp-up, ramp-down & transfers), headcount, costs;
- Monitor and steer the HR operational project performance with the Country HR Management and with all relevant stakeholders;
- Provide support and coaching to the HR organization in the business project related matters (training and/or coaching for HR Core Team Members);
- Enable the harmonization and consistency of HR practices, support of standardization and consistency of HR project performance.
- University degree from a relevant field: HR, Business management or Economics;
- At least 3 years of professional experience (preferable in HR, analytics, training, project management or controlling);
- Knowledge of project management methodology;
- Independent way of working with the focus on responsibility and punctuality;
- Result oriented and capable to challenge status-quo;
- Strong analytical skills, proven resilience, time management and diplomatic skills;
- Communication and presentation skills in an international/intercultural environment;
- English proficiency is essential;
- Excellent use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
- Willingness to take business trips;
