Specialist Global HR Business Projects (m/f/d)

• Develop and define HR Business Projects standards and guidelines;
• Contribute to the strategic business development and footprint planning – selection of new locations, relocation, business placement;
• Manage HR best practices, ensuring development and continuous improvement;
• Enable the correct using of Project work breakdown structure and Project toolbox;
• Consult the Country HR Management on project life cycle (ramp-up, ramp-down & transfers), headcount, costs;
• Monitor and steer the HR operational project performance with the Country HR Management and with all relevant stakeholders;
• Provide support and coaching to the HR organization in the business project related matters (training and/or coaching for HR Core Team Members);
• Enable the harmonization and consistency of HR practices, support of standardization and consistency of HR project performance.

• University degree from a relevant field: HR, Business management or Economics;
• At least 3 years of professional experience (preferable in HR, analytics, training, project management or controlling);
• Knowledge of project management methodology;
• Independent way of working with the focus on responsibility and punctuality;
• Result oriented and capable to challenge status-quo;
• Strong analytical skills, proven resilience, time management and diplomatic skills;
• Communication and presentation skills in an international/intercultural environment;
• English proficiency is essential;
• Excellent use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
• Willingness to take business trips;
