In 2023, Continental generated sales of €41.4 billion and currently employs around 200,000 people in 56 countries and markets.Job DescriptionData Integration: Oversee the integration of data from various sources into the business warehouse, ensuring accuracy and consistency.Data Modelling: Develop and maintain data models to support reporting and analysis needs within the purchasing department.Infrastructure Management: Manage the data infrastructure, including databases and data warehouses, to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Data Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits of data to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring high data quality standards.System Optimization: Work with IT and procurement teams to enhance the functionality and usability of data management systems.Compliance: Ensure all data management activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including IT, finance, and operations teams, to ensure alignment and support for data initiatives.Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal users on data management best practices and system usage.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in data science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data integration, data modelling, or a related role.Technical Skills: Proficiency in data management systems, databases, and data warehousing tools. Strong SQL and PBI skills are a plus.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
