Launch Manager/Manager implementare proiecte

• University degree in technical field (Electro-mechanics, TCM-Machine Construction Technology);

• 3-5 years' experience in automotive;

• Experience in project management and in implementing new projects;

• Knowledge of FMEA (Failure mode and effects analysis), SAP R3, MS Office;

• Proficiency in English, German language skills represent an advantage;

• Good communication skills.

• Responsible for the activities regarding the implementation in production of the new projects; Ensures the transfer from development stage to the serial production;

• Contact person between the development team of the product and production;

• Ensures that the product and/or process updates are implemented on time;

• Coordinates production tests (RUNs);

• Establishes with the team the corrective measures and monitors their application on time;

• Indicates the maturity degree of the product and process through indicators such as product quality, additional costs etc.
