As an internship in Configuration and Documentation Management team in SCT PMT (Software and Central Technologies, Process - Methods - Tools), you will be part of an international team that works in agile setup, and your responsibility comprises:

Interact with end-users (both in writing and in calls);
Understand and solve technical support issues related with Configuration and Documentation Management tools and process;
Take initiative in troubleshooting issues and investigating problems;
Document end-users work instructions, methods and procedures in Confluence;
Rarely, if needed, small scripts development.

QualificationsThis is what it takes to be successful in your role:

Student at a technical university preferred
Good English (speaking and writing) is a must
Strong problem-solving skills are needed

Nice to have previous experience with:

any Configuration Management system (e.g. git/GitHub, SVN);
scripting (e.g. Python);
any ticket management tool (e.g. Jira) or Documentation Management tool (e.g. Confluence).
