ABOUT THE ROLEThe role focuses on monitoring video surveillance systems and online operational activity within a controlled gaming environment. The position supports operational integrity and compliance by identifying suspicious behavior, rule violations, and irregular activity across multiple monitoring channels. The operator reviews surveillance recordings, monitors real-time feeds, and documents incidents when necessary.C. DAILY TASKS

Monitor surveillance systems, camera feeds, and monitoring equipment

Review recorded video sessions and perform routine surveillance checks

Detect suspicious behavior, irregular activity, or rule violations

Monitor online gaming operations and transaction activity for security risks

Report incidents, violations, or potential threats through internal reporting procedures

Participate in operational briefings related to detected incidents or monitoring alerts

Bulgarian C1 Advanced, written and spoken

English B2 Upper-intermediate, written and spoken

Ability to monitor multiple video streams and data sources simultaneously

Attention to irregular behavior, operational violations, or suspicious activity

Previous experience in online gaming monitoring environments

Experience using operational monitoring or office productivity tools
