- Driving store sales by fostering a culture of commercial innovation within the team.
- Leading a team of Managers, ensuring seamless coordination, motivation, and growth opportunities.
- Vigilantly monitoring and analyzing competitor activities.
- Conducting in-depth analysis of sales indicators and proposing strategies for improvement.
- Overseeing the store's day-to-day operations to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
- Implementing effective inventory management techniques to optimize cost efficiency.
- Several years of experience in a similar (retail industry) role in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment. Previous experience as an Area Manager, Store Manager, or Assistant Manager of a large area store is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing, motivating, and developing team of Managers.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate, build relationships, and coach.
- A commercial mindset, independence, and strong organizational abilities to set priorities effectively.
- Highly developed analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and recommend solutions.
- Being proactive and goal-oriented, with the ability to solve problems effectively.
- Proficiency in Hungarian and English (at a communicative level).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
